we liked the stay here, excellent experience. the building was traditional. it was located in a particularly good area near a town square, went to sidreria el molinon set around 4-6 minutes away by foot from the venue, had lunch there.

The setting was great, in the heart of the town. Plus it was not far from the main attractions and transport and a town square, restaurants, and bars.

Great location, close to town square and restaurants. Spacious and clean apartment.
Loud noise from the town square at night, making it difficult to sleep. Key collection process was confusing and we had trouble opening the door.

For the price we paid, the two-bedroom apartment with a huge private balcony was a steal! The location was perfect, right near the cathedral and city market, and the staff treated us well throughout our stay.
The breakfast experience could have been better.

The apartment we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. It had all the necessary amenities for a weekend getaway. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. One of the best aspects was the affordable price, especially considering the apartment could accommodate up to four people. Additionally, having an elevator in the building was a bonus for those with heavy luggage.
One of the worst aspects was the inconvenience of having to pick up the keys from a different location. It would have been much more convenient if the key collection was at the apartment itself.

My stay at Perla Apartments was superb. The apartment I stayed in had two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, both with showers. The flat was bright, airy, and clean, making it a comfortable and pleasant place to stay. I also appreciated that they provided us with ample towels and toiletries. The central location was convenient, with supermarkets nearby that stayed open late. The apartment had all the necessary amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen and a reliable AC. The overall value for money was excellent, and I would definitely choose to stay here again. Well done!

The apartment was beautifully decorated and the building was well renovated, with nice and comfortable furniture. It was located in the city center, close to the main attractions and public transportation. Plus, it had a spacious balcony which provided a bonus space to relax and enjoy the view.
It was a bit inconvenient to pick up the keys from a different location, especially with luggage. there were some minor issues like the lack of shampoo and difficulty in contacting the staff.

The apartment at Perla Apartments was just perfect for me as a vegetarian/vegan traveler. The fully equipped kitchen allowed me to easily prepare my own plant-based meals, and the nearby grocery stores made it convenient to find fresh produce. The spacious seating area was a great place to relax and unwind after a long day exploring the beautiful city of Valencia. The flat-screen TV was a nice addition for those cozy nights in, catching up on my favorite shows. Having a washing machine in the apartment was a lifesaver, as it allowed me to wash my clothes and pack light for my trip.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the hairdryer provided in the bathroom. However, I understand that others might find it perfectly adequate for their needs.
